The Arab Leadership Forum

Shaikh Mohammed bin Essa Al Khalifa, chairman of Young Arab Leaders Bahrain, welcomed over 200 participants as he opened the three-day Arab Leadership Forum in Manama on Saturday.

The forum is aimed at offering young Bahraini professionals the chance to learn more about leadership skill sets and how to develop a mindset of a successful and effective leader. It will also provide the opportunity to network with other young professionals.

Participants are young professionals who have established themselves as potential leaders in their fields. The Arab Leadership Forum seeks to encourage them to extend these qualities.

After opening the forum, the chairman congratulated the participants for their desire to learn and highlighted the significance of the annual event in aiding leadership development among youth.

Shaikh Mohammed also thanked programme partners Kuwait Finance House, ALBA and Hill and Knowlton and media sponsors Al Bilad and Al Wasat.

The central theme for this year’s forum, 'Building the Next Generation of Leaders', aims to show participants that leadership and success involves many paths. To this end, leading international speakers will conduct workshops on topics as varied as understanding and applying leadership psychology to self improvement and wealth strategy.
