Rasalmal Financial Publishing FZ-LLC (RFP) is registered at Dubai Media City, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE) as a limited liability company under Dubai Law No. 1 of 2000. The principal activity of RFP is to engage in the business of publishing financial magazines and to develop, establish and maintain financial web sites or portals.

MONEYworks magazine, Rasalmal's flagship print title, is the region's first personal finance and investment magazine.

First published in 1998, MONEYworks looks to provide, "the medium and knowledge to make and act upon  informed, impartial financial decisions."

MONEYworks magazine is a member of BPA Worldwide.

The Al Mashal family, a prominent business group in Saudi Arabia, and Greg Hunt promote the company.

Abdulaziz M. A. Al Mashal heads the Al Mashal Investment Group that has wide ranging business interests in publishing, banking, commodities and finance. A post graduate in Investment Management from the City University in London, he holds interests in major Saudi, regional and international companies through private and public holdings. From strategic shareholdings in Al Yamama Publishing, International Medical Centre, Investcorp, Commercial Bank of Ceylon, John Keells Holdings, Pumpkin Patch to Fisher & Paykel, his investment geography is global. He is also the CEO of a licensed entity in Dubai International Financial Centre, Heraymila Investments Ltd., which holds some of his investments in international private & public equity and debt, real estate, aircraft leasing and structured products.

Saud A Al Amri, the other promoter from the Al Mashal family group and the chairman of RFP, is an entrepreneur with wide ranging business interests in telecommunications and the media industry. He is the chairman of the Vox Spectrum group of companies that operates out of five countries and with installed bases in 15 countries from the United States, Middle East to South Asia. Vox Spectrum, and its subsidiary companies Timna Telecoms, Mack Telecoms and True Blue Voice, provide telecom solutions ranging from mobile network infrastructure, radio telephony, voice recording to headset solutions. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of Saudi Arabian Automotive Services Company (SASCO).

Greg Hunt founded MONEYworks magazine in 1998 and is still a director of RFP. He holds a post-graduate degree in journalism and is a foreign member of the National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD) registered in New York.


The management of the group of companies

Tim Elliott,
a veteran in media presentation and production, is the operations manager for RFP. His exacting nature, keen eye for detail and personnel management skill has contributed to the success of the MONEYworks magazine group.
